RETURN POLICY

Except as provided under the Australian Consumer Law (refer to clause 1.15), You are not entitled to an exchange or refund for any products ordered from the site if you change your mind, you are responsible for a fault or defect in the products, or you discover a lower price elsewhere.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to all countries that are available through our online store. These include New Zealand and the USA. Panels and track side only products are not available for shipping unless a prior arrangement is made. This will incur an extra shipping cost.

TiBills is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
